Temperature Controllers
Delta’s DT series temperature controller has fast output response, accurate PID parameter auto-tuning, supports the Modbus communication protocol and is built-in with various output types, allowing different systems to reach a stable control status very quickly. In addition, all series comply with international installation dimensions as well as CE and UL international safety approvals.
DTM Series
The DTM Series consists of a host, measurement modules, I/O extension modules, and extension cassettes. A fully extended DTM group consists of a host plus 7 measurement modules and 8 I/O extension modules for up to 64 points of temperature control. Several DTM groups can even be connected via RS-485 or Ethernet for temperature control of up to 1,000 points or more.
DTE – Series
DTE series is a multi-channel modular temperature controller, supporting maximum 8 groups of thermocouple/platinum resistance input. The DIN rail installation saves wires, and the controller on each channel can work independently at the same time. DTE offers several output modules (relay, voltage pulse, current output and linear voltage output). The built-in 2-wire RS-485 communication is able to reach baud rate of 115,200bps. In programmable control, DTE is able to set up 64 sets of different temperature and control time. In addition, maximum 7 DTC2000 controllers are extendable to DTE, and DTE supports the synchronous communication protocol and auto ID setup function which DTC series also supports.
DTA – Series
DTA series is designed for practical applications with 3 most-frequently adopted signal outputs in the industry and is built-in with various handy functions and transmission structure, ensuring fast and stable transmission of data.
1) PID / On-Off/ manual input control modes.
2) Auto-tuning PID parameters.
3) Various thermocouple (B, E, J, K, L, N, R, S, T, U, TXK) and platinum RTD (PT100, JPT100) can be set by parameters.
4) Built-in 2 groups of alarm switches with 13 alarm modes each.
5) Celsius or Fahrenheit temperature display.
6) 2 key lock functions: (1. lock all keys; 2. lock only function key, up/down keys are still workable).
7) Panel size: 4848, 4896, 9648, 7272, 9696.
8) Optional RS-485 communication interface (Modbus ASCII, RTU, baud rate: 2,400 ~ 38,400).
9) Optional CT (wire breaking detection) function, an alarm output.
10) Sampling time of sensor: 0.5 second/time.
